Used Wafios modified ND91 Nail forming Machine. Last run in January 2023. Taken out of production due to production volume no longer needed, not due to maintenance requirements.

Capable of simultaneous production of two blanks:

    • w/ identical blank lenghts: appr. 30 - 60 mm
    • w/ different blank lenghts: appr. 25 - 95 mm
  • Output:
    • for two sided upsetting up to 1400 pcs. per minute
    • for single blank upsetting on one side, up to 700 pcs per min
