Since our founding in 1973,

Cindy has been in the fastener industry since her father Ray founded the Cinco Industries in 1972. She is an experienced industry professional with a wealth of knowledge and a desire to help our customers find the solutions that suit them best.

Director of Sales
Mike has been with Cinco for over 40 years and is experienced with all categories of fastener equipment. Mike is an industry expert and leading advocate for process improvement and quality solutions for your company.
Ray Sullivan
Founder
Ray founded Cinco Industries in 1972, and has been in the Fastener Industry for almost 70 years. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience that he is eager to share with any of our customers who are in need of solutions for their products.
Jesse Maga
Senior Sales Representative
Jesse joined Cinco in 2021 after serving 11 years in the Navy as a helicopter pilot. He has over a decade of experience in supply chain and logistics as well as a deep understanding of process improvement and quality control.
